Dubai offers a fantastic choice of sports and leisure facilities, to meet all needs and pockets. Dubai's favourable all year round weather is conducive to all sports, even skiing is possible – in the amazing Ski Dubai.
Health clubs in Dubai offer excellent gym facilities, pools, tennis courts,is a less expensive option than hotels/beach clubs ,are conviently located in residential areas, office blocks and shopping malls.
Leisure facilities may also be attached to beach clubs/ hotels , these are very popular with families, but can be quite expensive.
Many apartment blocks / residential areas offer basement gym facilities to its residents.
Health club facilities may be attached to rugby / football clubs and some golf clubs offer social membership allowing use of gym, pool areas etc.
Many gyms offer crèche facilities and beach clubs offer kids clubs. e.g. Sinbad at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Penguin Club at Mina Seyahi.
Some clubs have waiting lists but don’t be put off…….. Waiting lists move quickly in Dubai.
Sports and Gym equipment is readily available to purchase at various sports outlets.
