- They will give best advise on what items to bring or leave behind. They will also advise on storage of the items you choose to leave behind.
- Obtain a written proposal and a quote. Some employers cover the cost of your shipment whilst others give a relocation allowance.

- Inform your own insurance company of your move. If you are planning to keep your house you will need to keep building cover in place.
