As more and more companies have sought to base themselves in Dubai in the past five years, the demand for immediate office space has been unrelenting. Many companies have awaited trade licences or even in the case of DIFC, the completion of buildings. This has lead to an increase in business or serviced office as a real alternative. Sometimes seen as a short term solution, often companies find themselves in serviced offices for a longer period of time than they originally envisaged.
Many companies have now set up serviced offices across the GCC which gives access to employees travelling across the region. They also enable newly created companies to operate without taking on the fixed costs associated with office fit out or even office purchase.
